Linked below is an HTML version of the Wildview Ridge CCR's which is
searchable and (hopefully) easy to read. Although care has been taken
to reproduce this accurately, there is the possibility of errors or
omissions. In all cases, for definitive references, you should refer
to the actual document you received when you closed on your property.
A PDF version of CCR's is included for your reference. The PDF version is not searchable like the HTML version, below, but is a scan of the original document. In addition, there are currently several amendments and additions to the CCR's in the form of amendments, procedures, and rules adopted by the Board of Directors. These can be viewed as searchable HTML documents at the following locations - a link to the actual documents are also included for your reference (these are large files and, generally, not searchable.)
