A brief index of topics is below.

Recent News:

WVRHOA Board News

Board meeting was held on March 27.  Minutes will be posted, once approved.  Please contact a Board member if you have any ideas, issues, or items you would like to have addressed.  The next boar meeting is in May.

The annual neighborhood yard sale has been scheduled for Saturday, June 8, 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Speeding on Neighborhood Streets

Several residents have brought up the incidence of speeding cars in the neighborhood.  This is a reminder that the speed limit is 15 mph on neighborhood streets.  There are many more children and pedestrians on the streets than have been in the past and we do not want any accidents.  Please drive slowly and watch for children.  The 10 seconds you save by speeding through the neighborhood will be more than offset while you wait for the gate to open or if you cause an accident.  Remind your visitors and vendors of the speed limit, also.

Website Directory:

Architectural Control - The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a helpful group of neighbors that will assist you in ensuring your home improvement plans and projects comply with the CCR requirements. Using the WVR ACC Application, all plans should be submitted to the ACC before any construction, home modifications, or major landscaping project begins. They will review the plans and provide approval or advice within a short period of time.

CCR's - Each homeowner in the neighborhood agreed to abide by the neighborhood Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's) as a condition of purchasing a house and living in the neighborhood. The CCR's are provided here for your reference. In addition, additional rules or regulations affecting your home and neighborhood are listed.

Committees and contacts - The community business and activities are organized, sponsored, and managed through volunteers in the neighborhood - your neighbors. This section lists the various committees and contact information if you have questions or want to become involved and support the neighborhood.  Each Homeowner has been provided a telephone listing of homeowners. If you would like an up-to-date list, please contact the webmaster.

Enforcement Procedures - The Board of Directors has established a set of procedures to enforce CCR's to ensure clarity and fairness when applying rules.  You can find information on fines, process, and appeal steps.

Gate Instructions - How does the gate work? Can I change my code? How do I keep people from coming in after they call me? Who do I contact to open the gates? How do I get my remote control programmed?

Management Company - The Board of Directors has contracted with a property management company to perform many of the routine accounting tasks and serve as a contact for homeowners if they need to have problems solved or don't know who to contact. The company performs many services, covered by a contract between Wildview Ridge and the company. A copy of the contract is here for your information. Contact information is listed on the Committees web page. Currently, the management company providing service for the neighborhood is JC Higgins & Associates.

Meeting minutes - A collection of meeting minutes from Board of Director's meetings and Annual Homeowner's meetings. Board meetings are generally held quarterly.  See the calendar for meeting schedule and locations. Minutes are posted here as soon as they are available for your information.
